The ticket price of $5 for this evening will go straight to World Bicycle Relief, the event charity partner.
About the ride
The Great Southeastern Loop is a cycling adventure like no other departing Wollongong on the 25th October. Adventurers heading out to ride The Loop will enjoy some of Southeastern New South Wales most iconic country on this mind-blowing ultra cycling adventure.

Ø Time Available: 157 hours
The ride is unsupported meaning riders must navigate the course precisely and independently, using available rest and resupply opportunities along the course without any outside assistance. Riders must have their brevet cards stamped at each of the 3 checkpoints, in Bundanoon, Tumut and Majors Creek, before arriving back at the Finish at Flagstaff Lighthouse in Wollongong before 6pm on Saturday 31st October to achieve “Looper” status.
Through the bush, the Alps, the Coast, alongside the mighty Murrumbidgee and Tumut Rivers, timber plantations, fields of wheat, along ridges and valleys past giant wind turbines and creek crossings this ride is unforgettable.
Riders have a choice of entering Solo, as Pairs or as part of a 4 person Relay Team (each rider undertaking one of the segments between CP’s and the Finish line.
Live GPS tracking on Maprogress allows family and friends to follow the action. All participants receive a custom cap, shirt and other goodies to commemorate the event as well as a brevet card stamped at the Start, at each CP and Finish - which is a great keepsake.
