Description
This nifty little accessory allows you to create upper mounting points for a rear rack, on frames where there are no mounts on the upper seatstays.
You can put it around either the seatpost or the seat tube, depending on where the rack sits on your frame.
You will still need to either have mounting points down at the rear wheel dropout, or use a rack that mounts either straight to the quick release skewer, or onto the thru axle.
