Kalkhoff Endeavour C.B Move+ 545Wh

The Kalkhoff CB Move exceeded my expectations. It can climb almost anything and I carry about 7.5kilo of cargo plus my weight of 124 kilo. I changed the seat to an air-shock seat and that was a great decision. The high wall but not too wide tyres smooth out the rest without slowing the bike down and the breaks are amazing. The mid drive Bosch motor with 75Nm of torque makes my weight and the hills a non worthy Challenge. The staff are really professional yet relaxed and easy to talk to. At one stage I thought my bike had failed completely but I had accidentally pulled a wire from the control. Before we noticed that they promised to replace the bike straight away if it had really failed. So day 5 stars out of 5. I only dropped two stars from this survey for the following reason. ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE IN GERMAN… Kolkhoff MUST produce an English version and do it NOW. There is a AR Code so we can download instructions on the controls l, general maintenance etc but guess what. THAT’s ALSO IN GERMAN. I need to go back into store one day soon and be given a full rundown on the controls/electrical system and general maintenance. I’m 69 years old, never had an ebike and I feel like a lost shag on a rock. Last night the control showed a QR code. I scanned it and via Bluetooth it wanted to update firmware. Well all and good but I haven’t worked out how to register the bloody thing with Kalkhoff (because it’s all in German) and when I scanned it, Kalkhoff wrongly assumed that I was in bloody Poland. So when KALKHOFF get their crap together in English and when the very good and highly recommended Omafiets at St Peter's who really and truly are very good remember to give old buggers like myself a full rundown on ebike product they will get 5 Stars all day long. Don’t let my non tech aggravation turn you off, go to Imafiets but ask for a 20 or 15 minute run down and an English version of the Kalkhoff manual.
