Description
CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminium, this emergency bleed kit holds enough brake fluid to completely fill two brake levers, it has specialty o-rings to ensure it’s compatible with both DOT and mineral oil, please take care to not cross contaminate the kit.
The M5 connector is the same type you’ll find on your home bleed kit and is compatible with both Shimano and SRAM MTB levers* plus the kit includes H2.5 and T10 keys. If you're running Magura, Tektro / TRP, or Shimano road levers then you'll need to an adaptor.
*Except for SRAM’s DB mineral oil brakes, which use a different thread.
To use the bleed kit, just fill with your preferred brake fluid and throw it in your riding grab-bag. When you feel your brakes start to get a bit squishy you can simply screw the bottle into your brake lever’s bleed port, unscrew the top cap, and give your lever a few flicks until the air stops bubbling through.
