If we were asked to recommend a single women's specific saddle that seems to work for a broad mix of women across a broad mix of bikes, it would be the Selle Italia Diva Gel Superflow saddle. It is our go to option for a womens saddle that can handle long rides, touring, bikepacking or just generally improving womens' comfort.

Padded enough for long rides but not too squish. A Generous cutout in the frontal section removes a common source of discomfort. A slight flex in the wings of the saddle adds comfort on rough roads.

Road.cc reviewed it and said

"Saddles are always an extremely personal issue, and what's comfortable to one rider might be torture to another. The Selle Italia Diva Gel Flow saddle is, however, one of the most widely rider-recommended saddles I've ever come across, and trying it out, it's easy to see why.
