This flat mount hydraulic caliper is compatible with pretty much all of Shimano's hydraulic drop bar levers, as well as most Shimano flat-bar levers above Deore - anything that uses a BH90 hose will work.
Supplied with a front adapter (which you can remove if you're mounting it on the rear) and pads.
