Tubus makes some fantastic touring racks but not everyone needs a rack rated to 20,30 or even 40kgs.
The Tubus Fly is the bare minimum:
341 grams takes 18 kilos of luggage
Takes two panniers with a mid sized load
Great as a support for saddle bags or straping small objects to the top
